WI-FI DISCONNECTS INTERMITTENTLY
UNABLE TO FIND NETWORK TO RECONNECT
Customers may experience situation whereas Wi-Fi connection keeps losing signal disconnecting intermittently then the TV is unable to find any network in order to reconnect.
Issue recently reported by customers experiencing such. Only a handful of models affected have been confirmed (43UJ6200, 49UJ6300, 55UJ6200 & 65UJ6200). Engineers are working at determining root cause in an effort to resolve this unfortunate turn of events.
Please note that you will need to bring up the software version of your television to version 4.70.45 or greater in order to remedy the situation. The exact same update applies to all models so we are providing you a quick link to model number 43UJ6200 software update page where you can download and SAVE the *.zip file to your computer's hard drive then extract it to copy over onto a USB key.
