Poor Picture Quality – Picture Test

Should customers express concerns over poor picture quality on screen, have them test it.


Press HOME > navigate to SETUP > press ENTER > On-screen display menu will appear


Scroll down to SUPPORT > press ENTER


Bring navigation cursor over Picture Test > press ENTER


If the test picture doesn’t look good > select Yes > confirm with customer service required


If the picture test is fine > select No > press EXIT > confirm with customer issue elsewhere


Have customer check for problematic connections or external devices other than TV


Please note that said feature was introduced on 2011 flat panel display models.
