Rated 2 out of 5 by from Self clean feature The self clean feature is terrible. I have followed all the instructions for preparing oven for self clean. It still does a horrible job...brown spots all over that won't come off. I am very disappointed in this function.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Full of Problems!! I bought this range about 2 and half years ago and one burner stopped working after 13 months and I had to replace the main relay board and now after few months one burner stopped working again. The quality of this product is bad. Last time I bought relay board from Sears and that was the only place selling LG parts and now they are gone and I don't know where to get the parts for this piece of junk.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty Control Board I bought this in 2013 and the control board went in 2016. I felt good when LG promised me a one time fix where they would pay for parts and labor but no one in my area will fix it because they can't get paid by LG. So I am stuck with a non serviceable range. I just bought a Kenmore and when my 4 LG TV's, 2 Cell phones, LG Fridge, LG Microwave and LG Blu-ray dies they won't be replaced with any other LG produce.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cooking Is Fun Again! A month ago we found ourselves forced to replace a failed range. After hours of online research and in-person shopping we settled on the LRE6385ST. It has exceeded our expectations so far. The cooking elements are HOT but we have no trouble controlling our cooking temperature. All aspects of the oven work as they should. We haven't baked cakes yet, but meats and other foods turn out well. We've tried both conventional and convection modes with no issues. The infrared broiler element enhances broiler use and really aids oven preheating. The warming drawer is a welcome addition. This is our first LG major appliance. If our experience with this range continues as it is, there will likely be more LG products in our future.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Would get something else.. Our evaluations are mostly negative. On our old oven, we could adjust the heat levels without shutting down the oven. This oven you have to shut it down and start over to adjust the temperature. Isn't that a step backwards? Love the convection for heating pizza or any food we want heated up fast. The convection fan is quiet compared to other ovens. We don't bake, so have no opinion on convection for that. When the elements or oven cycle on/off with the heat, it makes a loud clicking noise...very annoying...I would trade this thing in just to get rid of that continuing noise. Love the 4 elements, the two large that you can use the large surface or the smaller surface depending on the size of the pot. Love the centre warming element, and love the warming drawer at the very bottom. Have had the oven for 2 years now, and still not used to and still don't know exactly to what number to adjust the element settings for just warming, simmering or just boiling. Hate it for that also. Guess I should write down the numbers, but figured this was not necessary as have not had to do this with other stoves we have had.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from CONVECTION IS THE WORST This is the worst convection bake. This is their new energy efficient convection. The fan runs in 30 second on and off cycles, so you never have consistent heat. You cannot cook 2 nor 3 pans at the same time. You are better off using regular bake oven. It's much faster. Buy an ordinary oven, this one is not worth the MONEY!!!
