Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible! Don’t even think buying it. I have that for 8 years. Oven problems ( doesn’t heat to the required temperature, one of the surface heater doesn’t work, self clean horrible. Doesn’t clean the way is supposed to. Actually all my appliances are LG and I’m having problems with my fridge as well. Horrible customer support. Very hard to find parts and if you do they are very expensive. Never go LG again. Life is miserable with LG. Who doesn’t believe that review of mine can buy an LG product and I’m pretty sure will believe me afterwards.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love Mine I love mine for family dinners consisting of 10 to 25 people and it has been great. The larger capacity it is great for larger sized baking dishes and sheets.Love the slide out rack and the fact that I have 2 other racks as well as the split rack. I really only needed the use of the split rack twice but I liked the convenience I had when I used it. The warmer oven has come in handy many times and I have cooked a couple casseroles and potate dishes in it at 400F and they turned out great. I didn't notice it taking very long to heat up but I was busy doing other things. Cons The middle burner is absolutely useless - lukewarm at best. The back burners are okay but my right back is not that hot. I use Vim to clean the top and its been pretty good. I would like the volume on the buzzer to be much louder. I have a large house and unless your in the same room good luck hearing it - tried the volume controls but they did nothing. Other negative thing which is the same for most self cleaning ovens is that the inside of the door never really gets as clean as the rest of the oven.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent The best part of the range is the oven which works flawlessly, although it takes some getting use to set the temperature right. The stove top was disappointing. The glass surface is high maintenance. The heating elements use a sequence of automatic on / off to adjust the temperature of the surface, resulting in scalding the food and burning the food in the pots frequently. The temperature fluctuates too much at the surface in an attempt to maintain the selected temperature. Basically the element is either on or off. When you set the dial to medium, it just change from on to off every 30 seconds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Some advice for other owners This stove is great. It looks sleek and stylish, the oven heats up incredibly fast, and it is packed full of features. In this review I wanted to address some of the key concerns with this stove that I had and that I have seen other reviewers run into. 1) Self-Clean Self Clean has gone from being a useful feature to a gimmick. With modern slide-in ranges, the control panel and board is no longer at the back located a safe distance from the oven, but at the front directly above the oven. For stoves like this, you can never use it, as it will likely damage the motherboard or cause other problems - the reason it is there is that people won't buy a stove without it. The Kitchn has an article about this called "Why You Should (Almost) Never Use Your Oven's Self-Cleaning Function". My advice: Put a rectangle of black insulating tape over the "Self-Clean" button to prevent misuse and NEVER use self-clean. Do not use oven cleaning products either as they can strip the Teflon coating. Instead use natural cleaning solutions such as leaving a pot containing 1/2 cup of ammonia with boiling water in the stove overnight to soften any baked on food, and wipe clean in the morning. 2) Cooling fan noise The control panel is kept cool by a cooling fan, which is a cylindrical fan located at the very back of the stove. Other people on here have complained about the cooling fan noise - to reduce the fan noise after cooking, leave the oven door open just a bit, and it will cool down much faster and the fan will be switched off within 5-10mins. If the fan is making a loud, scraping noise, then the orange rubber cap may have come off that holds one side of the fan in place. Disconnect the power and remove the back panel to see if this is the case and the cap can be located. For my stove it had fallen down the left side of the stove (if viewed from back), and I had to remove the side panel to retrieve it. This cap came off when I incorrectly transported the stove on it's side. 3) "Auto convection adjust" When I set a temperature on the oven, I want it to go to that temperature! The oven will adjust the temperature for directions or recipes that were designed for older non-convection ovens. My advice: Hold down the WARM/PROOF button to get to the options, and press 2 to disable the Auto convection adjust. 4) Cleaning the stovetop My advice for cleaning the stovetop is to use a proper cleaner like Cerama Bryte - works great and gets all the burnt on food off! 5) Warming burner The warming burner is presented like a 5th burner - I wish this was the case! The reality is that it isn't even hot enough to warm half a can of beans in a timely fashion. Finally I want to talk a little about my personal experience with this stove. Brand new it retails for around C$2300 - this is more than I honestly think the stove is worth. I paid $1500 for mine (inc. tax) which was a demo unit, and that I think is a fairer price. The stove is also very heavy, over 200lbs - so I had to hire a mover to get it up the stairs in my townhome, and it was quite a struggle! Overall though I am very happy with this stove and it looks and functions great.
