I can't play a disc
Symptom
I can’t play a disc.
Things to check
Disc cannot be read. -DVD Disc -CD Disc (Audio CD) -MP3 Disc -VCD (Video CD) – The Disc may have defect so try to clean the disc or replace it.
To remove foreign objects and finger prints : Wipe with a soft cloth
When there are too many scratches : Check if the Disc is damaged.
There may be dust in the “Pick up” so please remove the dust (Purchase a cleaner for the dust)
If the DVD contains data file, it will not be played.
If there is a foreign object on the lens or disc, it shows ‘CD’ on the display window. Please clean the lens and the Disc. You are suggested to purchase a CD Cleaner.
