Before cooking a Jacket / Baked Potato, it is highly recommended to do the following:
- Make sure the skin has been either pieced (e.g. with a fork) or sliced.
- Make sure the Potato is NOT over-cooked by keeping an eye on it when being heated.
- Do NOT wrap it in kitchen foil
Failure to follow the above could cause damage to your microwave or even ignite the potato.
