Requirements:
• College or University Degree preferably in Economics
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a (technical) handling customer claims, Service network management
• CRM system knowledge
• Analytical skills
• Customer (end user) driven focus & attitude
• Fluent verbal and written English and Hungarian
• Accurate and precise work, paying attention to details
• Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Passionate about Consumer Electronics
• Constant search for improvement opportunities
• Taking ownership of problems until a solution is provided
• Enthusiastic to pass on knowledge and experience
