Service Camp is applicable for Room Air-Conditioners manufactured after 1st Jan 2018. Not applicable for Commercial AC's.
Service Camp does not guarantee repairs of a set. However, company would make best efforts to make a set functional subject to availability of required parts
Engineer's decision on repair estimate would be final.
Estimates obtained during Service Camp are valid for a period of 15 days only after the closure of Service Camp Offer.
Discount on Gas, spares parts is applicable for end user only.( Not for Dealers)
The set repaired / without repair should be collected from service center or received by customers from delivery person within 10 days from the date of repair / without repair to avail the benefit of camp. LGEIL will not be responsible for sets lying at workshop for more than 10 days after the repair / without repair.
Calls registered during service camp period would be entitled for above benefits even after the service camp, if the same could not be attended during this period.
Discount in AMC applicable only against calls registered vide Service Camp. This discount can't be clubbed with any other offer
Extra taxes as applicable as per standard tax rule.
