Ice Cream melts and is not frozen




Freezing point of milk is between -0.525 and -0.565℃.

Addition of sugar and salt to makes it more sensitive to temperature than other food.


How to fix

For ice cream with high level of milk fat, set temperature to be lower than -20℃,  

and store on a shelf near cool air outlet, not in a door rack, to prevent melting.
