It allows you to conveniently update your phone's software to a newer version via Firmware Over-the-Air (FOTA) without connecting with to USB datge cable. Learn more
WAY 2.USB Driver
- 1Install the USB DRIVER
  
  After executing LG Mobile Support Tool in Step2, you can download USB Driver. View the USB Driver Installation
- 2Install and Execute the LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOL
  
  Download
- 3Connect your phone to PC by using the bundled USB Cable
- 4Install the USB DRIVER
The phone software upgrade stopped before completion?

Don't close the update tool, disconnect the cable and reconnect it. And check the USB Driver connection on our PC. After that, please restart the update.

Otherwise, please select "Customer Support"-"Recovery Phone" in LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOL. Then, you can start to recover your phone.
