2. It is not a sign of a defect, but due to heat generated from electrical parts at the top.
Please be assured that it is safe to use the product.
3. Check if air vents are clear of obstructions.
4. Do not install in a cabinet or an enclosed area.
5. Check if an oven is installed in a well-ventilated area.
(Keep a distance of minimum of 10 centimeters from walls for ventilation.)
