It can't recognize USB
Symptom
USB storage is not recognized.
How to fix
It can only recognize Flash type USB storages that supports USB 1.1 and 2.0 version with FAT16 , FAT32 , NTFS format.
- exFAT format is not supported.
- Only some models support USB external hard disc. Refer to the user’s manual for supporting models.
- USB devices (digital camera, smart phones, etc.) are not recognized as storage.
