Need a repair for your LG product?
1.   Refer to the Warranty Agreement in the Owner's Manual or product packaging to determine if your product is eligible for in warranty or out-of- warranty repair service.
2.   For products eligible for onsite repair service such as TV and Appliances, schedule your online appointment with an authorized LG Repair Technician. Review the Onsite Repair Service Policy.
3.   For products shipped to the LG Product Repair Center, complete the information and an LG Support Representative will contact you with the Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. Review the Ship-In Repair Service Policy .
