The album art of the sound file does not appear.

Symptom
The album art of the sound file does not appear

Model : NP8340, NP8540, NP8740, NP8350, LAS650M, LAS750M, LAS950M

How to

Whilst your song is playing you should be able to see further information such as Album title, Artist and Album art work.

If you can’t see the album artwork image on the application but you see it when using different devices you should check

the setting of the server storing the song.
