Have you cleaned drain filter?

■ If not cleaned regularly, filter may be clogged with laundry residue and foreign materials.

■ Clogged drain pump filter results in drainage malfunction.

■ Clean the drain filter

※ Please take caution for solid wood floor as there may be water overflow while cleaning the drain pump filter.

▶ Cases of ‘OK’ with overflow

1) When you open the lower cover cap on the left side, you will see a drain plug and filter
(Some models have the cover on the right side).

2) Unplug the drain plug allowing the water to flow out. Open the filter and remove any foreign material.

3) Reassemble the drain plug and close the filter back.

▶ Cases of ‘NOT OK’ with overflow

1) When you open the lower cover cap on the left side, you will see a drain plug and filter
(Some models have the cover on the right side).

2) Prepare a bucket and mop before opening.

3) Unplug the drain plug allowing the water to flow out into the bucket.

※ Hold the hose tight while removing the plug.

4) Once the water is completely drained, put the plug back in as well as the hose.
Then, open the filter cap by turning counter-clockwise.

5) Clean the filter in running water and remove any foreign material.
Reassemble the filter and put it back.
