LG Contactless Repair

Contactless Repair

We are taking precaution to ensure the safety of both you and our repair engineers.

 

1. Regular Temperature Check - Body temperature will be measured at the beginning of each service.

2. Compulsory to Wear Face Mask - All repair engineers to wear face mask, covering both nose & mouth at all times. 

3. Repair Tools Sterilization - All repairing tools will be sterilized prior to any home visits.

4. Clean & Disinfect - Our repair engineers will clean & disinfect all repaired/touched areas after service.

5. Maintain Social Distance - Remain contactless by maintaining a safe distance of at least 1 meter with our repair engineers during service.

6. Site Condition Pre-Inspection - Pre-visit phone calls. Any on-site service will be cancelled if someone in the house is displaying COVID-19 symptoms.
