NOTICE OF DELAY IN LG PuriCare™️ CARESHIP SERVICES

Dear valued customers,

The ongoing COVID-19 concerns across the globe including Malaysia and the Full Movement Control Order or Lockdown (collectively referred to as “Lockdown Period”) commencing from 1 June 2021, as announced by the Government of Malaysia, had caused severe impact in our CareShip service operations as we were not allowed to operate or provide any services during the Lockdown Period.

To comply with the requirements of the Lockdown Period and for the safety and wellbeing of our technicians and customers, we had no alternative but to stop all our repair services which require the physical attendance of our technicians at the customers’ premises for both residential and businesses. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and your family members as a result of the delay in providing CareShip services. We will honor the respective CareShip services towards the end of your Contract

In light of the above and on a goodwill basis, LGEML will provide you with ONE (1) Free CareShip (service) after the expiry of the Contract (subject to you fulfilling the respective rental period as stated in your contract).

Please be informed that all other terms and conditions including rental payment obligations in your contract with us shall remain unchanged.
