I forgot PIN number.

I forgot PIN number.


Symptom

You can set Pin number to lock channels/apps, and change the number, if needed.
Initial PIN number is  “0000”, and user can change this number.

※ If you forget the PIN number, it only can be reset by contacting customer service. Therefore, carefully choose and set PIN number.


※ Items to be checked
After locking certain channels and external input, you can undo the lock by entering PIN number temporarily.



How to fix 1

① Home or Menu button→ Lock→ Enter password→ Set password→ New password (twice) 



2012~2015 smartTV Netcast>


 ① Smart→ Setting→ Lock→ Password→ Set password→ New password (twice)
