Do you see captions cut at the bottom?

Symptom

If the Aspect Ratio is set “Zoom” or “Cinema Zoom”, the caption is not shown fully.

How to fix

Non-Smart
[Menu] → [Picture] → [Aspect Ratio] → [16:9]

Smart TV after ‘12
[Smart] → [Setting] → [Picture] → [Aspect Ratio] → [16:9]
