     How should the interior of the unit be cleaned?



○ Detailed Answer

Do NOT use chemical cleaners to clean the inside of the unit. Steam generated by cooking will pick up

this residue and taint food. To clean the inside of the unit simply heat up a bowl of water for 2-3 minutes.

The steam will soften and loosen food. After doing this, wipe out the inside of the unit with a warm, wet cloth.
