The machine cannot go over threshold

when the mop plate is attached

Reason

When the mop plate is attached, the unit cannot go over threshold over 5~10mm.

How to fix

1. Please check if the mop plate is attached to the machine.

2. If the mop plate is attached, the unit cannot go over threshold over 5~10 mm to avoid

dirtying carpets and other materials.
