What does water leak from indoor unit?

Water leaks from the indoor unit when it rains.

Cause Cause

If a rain trap is not installed down the drain pipe, rain water may flow inside along the pipe

How to fix

1. Please contact your installer to check if a rain trap is installed down the drain pipe.
If not, rain water may flow along the pipe into the house.

2. Should the rain water flow into the house a year after installing the rainwater trap,

please contact the service center for technical assistance.
