Causes and Symptoms

  • No sound.

Check if the cable connection to the speaker has slipped out.

In case of optical cable connection, check the condition of optical cable connection.

Check if the Quiet mode is enabled.

If the Quiet mode is running, then as shown in the following figure, the speaker will show an × mark on it.

Check if the input mode is set properly.

When you connect an optical cable, press the [F] or [Func] button to set it to OPTICAL.
When you connect a Bluetooth device, press the [F] or [Func] button to set it to BLUETOOTH.
