             1. Frozen meet is not thawed evenly during defrosting.

            1. Thawing foods (meat) stored  in a freezer for a long time can be difficult

                as heat can not be transferred thoroughly during  defrosting.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How to fix How to fix

 

             1. To thaw frozen food evenly, the oven will beep in midway to let a user know.

      

             2. When it beeps, open a door and turn over the food. Close the door and press Enter/Start to resume. 
  

             3. Thawing foods (meat) stored  in a freezer for a long time can be difficult

                 as heat can not be transferred thoroughly during defrosting.

 

                 Please leave them in room temperature for 10-20 minutes before defrosting.

 

 

                               If foods are not completely thawed, leave them in room temperature for about 5 minutes and try defrosting again.

 

 

 

 

             4. If foods are not completely thawed, leave them in room temperature for about 5 minutes and try defrosting again.

 

             5. Remove plastic wrap before defrosting to prevent cooking the food.

  

             6. Use a plate with a flat bottom. When a deep plate or a bowl is  used, it can slow down thawing.
