Water leaks while it’s turned off


■ Possible Cause

If the outdoor unit is installed on the rooftop or the rain trap (U trap) of the connecting pipe is not installed,

Rainwater can flow into the room through the hole which connects the indoor unit with the air conditioner.


                                


■ Solution or Settings

Check how the connecting pipe is installed.

- If the appliance is newly installed or has been reinstalled, it is recommended to contact the installer for the service.

- If it's impossible to identify the installer, please contact the LG Electronics service center for the service visit.
