TV Shuts Down During Software Update
If the TV is turned off during a software update, proceed with the following steps.
1. If the TV is turned off during an update,
unplug the TV cord from the wall outlet or a power strip.
2. Wait for 30 seconds. Plug the cord back in and turn on the TV.
If the software update continues to fail and TV is turned off, contact the service center.
