No video, only audio
Symptom
It may take some tome for OLED, LED, LCD, PDP products to show the picture after they are turned on.
How
to fix
Check if LG logo appears on the screen normally after turning on the power.
If you use a set-top box, check if its power is turned on.
※ For OLED and some models, LG logo doesn’t appear on the screen when the power is turned on.
For symptoms mentioned below, SVC technician needs to visit.
1. When stand-by light is flickering for more than 30 sec., power is turned off after the light is flickering,
or repeated clacking sound is heard from the back side of the product
2. When audio is heard but video is not seen, and setting menu doesn’t appear although menu button of TV remote control is pressed

PDP.LCD,LED TV : Within 10 sec.
※ LCD Wireless TV : 17 ~ 20 sec. (to wireless
connection)
OLED TV : Within 15 sec.
