Troubleshooting

Problem:  No Display


Note : If the unit is No OSD ( On screen Display ) this might be possible having problem on the

            on the product that need to check by our SVC Technician and you can contact us or Scan the QR code below

            to guide by our CIC for the schedule of Home visit by our nearest Svc Center .





Checklist:


              - Check the Power cord if properly plug in to your AC Outlet.

              - Check the power cord if properly plug in at the back of your TV.

              - Check if the Led indicator is having Red light before pressing the power button.

              - Check the LED Indicator if continuous blinking after pressing the power button.




1st Basic Trouble shooting:

  • Check by pressing Menu, Settings if the OSD appear
  • Check the Volume if the sound increase and OSD appear
  • If OSD not appear unplug the unit
  • Unplug the unit look for the manual power button and Long press for 10 seconds to drain power.
  • Plug in the unit and power on using the manual button.
  • Check the INPUT settings if set to AV, Component, HDMI, USB and select the correct input
  • Try to insert USB and play check the Video and sound if OK
  • Try to Reset the unit Menu --> All settings --> General --> Select Initial Reset settings . and try again.
  • Try to Unplug the power cord and plug it again .


  • Based on the above procedure is already done but the problem persists,
