Did you check water supply valve in your house?
Cause
■ In a newly built house, water supply valve is mostly closed at initial installation to prevent leakage.
How to fix
▶ Simply open the water supply valve.
1) Open the cabinet under the sink and find a white or blue hose.
2) Follow the hose until you reach a silver colored valve.
Open the valve by rotating it counter clockwise.
(if you cannot find the valve, ask the management office for help)
