How to fix
Have the detergent tray and inserts been cleaned?
:Residue gradually builds up in the detergent tray and the attachments.
If not cleaned regularly, the water and additives (detergents) will not dispense fully
and water will remain in the compartments.
Be sure to clean these pieces at least once a month and reattach them properly.
