to fix
1. If you can’t turn on the power, check the power button at the front part of the product.
If you can’t turn on the TV with remote control, try to switch on the power button first, then use the remote control to turn on the TV.
(If you turn off the TV with power button, you can’t turn it on with remote control)
The type and location of power button may vary depending on the model.
2. If you can’t turn on the power, check the power cable connection at the back of the product.
Try to press the AC power cable at
the back of the TV.
Try to plug in firmly.
Check if other appliances on the same socket have power.
※ Cord may be loosed or unplugged while cleaning.
3. If there is text on the screen when turning on/off the power or changing the channel, try to press the external input connection button on the remote control.
