Recurring problem not solved
I was lucky that the problem with my washing machine began just before the 1-year warranty period had expired. After the first repair of the unit, the problem again recurred and warranted another visit. After replacing the same part, the washing machine was functional for less than 2 months after which the problem again recurred. The error code was 03.

Now after calling the LG Merchandiser for the repair, I was informed that I now have to pay for future repairs. As far as I am concerned the problem is still not resolved as the same error occurs. 😩

The after-sales support is okay, but it's really the unit that has problems. 🤨

Too bad as the machine is quite good, apart from this problem.
