No stand-by light, Stand-by light is turned off.
Symptom
Stand-by light is not turned on after connecting the power.
When the power is turned off with remote control, no sign shows on stand-by light.
※ Stand-by light location varies depending on models, or LG logo or red LED appears in the center or at the bottom right corner of the screen.

to fix
If power cable connection and AC power are normal, check below setting conditions.

[Menu] → [Setting] → [General] → [Front indicator] → [Standby light] : ON
