Does smell come from back of the refrigerator?
Symptom
1. There is an odor from the refrigerator.
Cause
1. Open back cover of the refrigerator to find a water drain. Foreign materials in refrigerator machine room can cause odor.
How to fix
1. Clean water pooled in the water drain and remove other foreign materials (insects, beans, sesame, rice, etc.)
2. If the product has a burnt smell, unplug the power cord and contact the service center for a technician to visit.
