OE Error 1
Cause
Cannot drain if the filter of drain pump is clogged.
Regular cleaning is necessary in order to avoid laundry residue being accumulated inside filter.
How to clean drain filter
(When cleaning drain filter, a lot of water can flow on the floor. Be careful with this if you have solid wood floor)
- If it’s okay to flow water on the floor
① You will see large cork and residual water hose when you open the cover located in the left side of lower part
(In some models, it is located in the right side of service cover)
② Turn the large cork to the left to take it out
Then remove residual water and foreign material. You do not need to touch the residual water hose
③ Clean filter and reassemble it
- If it’s not okay to flow water on the floor
① You will see large cork and residual water hose when you open the cover located in the left side of lower part
(In some models, it is located in the right side of service cover)
② To prevent floor from getting wet, prepare rub or basin
③ Open the cork by pulling the residual water hose forward. Fill a basin with water.
※ Always hold the hose when cork is opened. (if you miss the hose and it is injected inside, request service)
④ If water does not come out any more, close the cork again and locate it to the original place.
⑤ Turn the large cork to the left and disassemble it. Then clean it. Reassemble it after cleaning.
① Open the cover by coin or finger
② Remove the hose cap and drain off water
③ Turn the filter cap counterclockwise to disassemble filter
④ Remove foreign material and wash filter in the running water
⑤ Assemble filter and close cap
