My AC remote does not work. Why?
Symptom
Remote controller/button> - Remote controller does not work normally
Cause
- Remote controller and AC communicate with infrared ray signals.
- If the AC cannot be turned on or off with the remote, it might be that signals from the remote and the three wave length bulbs
bump into each other in the same signal zone causing malfunction in the remote controller.
How to fix
- Turn off the lights and please try again.
- If the remote works fine with the light off, light bulbs need to be changed.
