Why does my AC turns off and back on during operation?
Symptom
My AC turns off and back on during operation.
Cause
When Auto restart is engaged, the indoor unit runs automatically when a power cord is plugged.
(Few new models are released with Auto restart feature on)
▶ Auto restart
If the power is turned off and back on during use,
Auto restart feature will automatically restart the unit with previous settings.
How to fix
Press the [Start/Stop] button on the main unit and hold for more than 8 seconds to deactivate/cancel the Auto restart feature.
▶ How to deactivate/activate: Press the [Start/Stop] button and hold for more than 8 seconds until a buzzer sounds.
