How can I use the Hotspot?

What is Hotspot?
Hotspot enables other laptops or mobile devices to access your mobile phone to use internet and mobile data.
Note : When other devices use your hotspot, they use data from your mobile service thus additional charges may apply.
Hotspot can also drain your battery quickly.
How to setup
From the Home screen, tap Menu > From the App screen, tap Settings
Tap Networks > Tethering & Networks
Tap Wi-Fi hotspot > Set up Wi-Fi hotspot
You can set up the Wi-Fi name, security, password, and maximum number of users on the Set up Wi-Fi hotspot screen.
Tap Save.
Please check the Broadcast SSID box so that other devices can search your device on the Wi-Fi network.
You can set the amount of time for automatic disconnection with Timeout.
Timeout automatically disables Hotspot when it is not used for a certain period of time.
Drag down the Notification Bar
Tap Hotspot Icon on Quick Menu to show the Hotspot icon.
If you cannot find find the hotspot icon, swipe sideways across the Quick Menu and tap Edit.
Swipe up and down on the Edit notification panel screen and find Wi-Fi hotspot.
Check the Wi-Fi hotspot box to show the hotspot icon on your Quick Menu.
On another device that you wish to share the Hotspot,
tap Menu > Settings.
Turn on the Wi-Fi by tapping On button. Touch Search to find the device and select the correct the Wi-Fi name.
Enter the password then tap Connect.
When the device is successfully connected to Hotspot, message that says Connected will appear on Wi-Fi screen. .
You wull also see the Wi-Fi icon on the status bar
