1. ‘UE’ message occurs when a load unbalance is detected during rinsing or spinning. 2. Did you wash a large item such as a blanket, comforter or carpet? Bulky laundry items can get tangled onto one side and cause the ‘UE’ error to occur. 3. If a ‘UE’ message occurs, pause the washer, open the door and redistribute the load evenly. 4. Is your washer leveled? One way to check the leveling is to press the washer down on diagonally opposite corners and check for any movement. 5. If the washer moves: Level a front-loading washer by using the wrench provided to adjust the leveling feet located on the bottom of your washer until there is no movement detected. Level a top-loading washer by adjusting the leveling feet located on the bottom of the washer.
