LG launches its sexy LU7000 series with built-in DVD player

Berkshire, 03 September 2009LG Electronics (LG), a global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics, announces the launch of its new designer series of small screen TVs – the LU7000, with built-in DVD player at this year’s IFA 2009 show in Berlin 4 – 9 September [Messe Berlin GmbH. Hall 11.2, stand 101]. With an integrated DVD player, you can play all your favorite DVD’s without the need for a separate player or any unsightly cables to worry about.

This series with integrated digital Freeview has a beautiful high gloss black finish and petite 19 and 22-inch screen versions, complete with invisible speakers, to complement any space in your home – perfect for the bedroom or kitchen.


The LU7000 comprises two HDMI connections that enables you to hook up a wider range of devices such as games consoles, home cinema systems and set-top boxes. It is compatible with the most popular file formats, which means that viewing JPEGs and listening to MP3 files has never been easier via the USB 2.0 port.


It is specifically designed to reduce power consumption, and is an eco-friendly LCD alternative, with its ‘Energy Saving Recommended’ credentials.


The LU7000 will be available in the UK from September 2009.
