You can use the Google Search app to find an app on your device.
How to search for apps
1. Tap the Google Search widget and type the name of the app you are looking for on your device. Below the search history you will see a list of apps. Tap Search phone to show results from the phone only or simply tap the app to open.

Alternatively to launch Google Search, press and hold the Home button and tap the G icon.
You can use Google Search to search for apps, Chrome extensions and bookmarks, and even contacts.
