During 'Rack Drying' on my LG Tumble Dryer I find my laundry is not getting dried, why is this?

Troubleshooting

During the rack drying program the laundry does not seem to be getting dried

This is due to the drying level being set to Energy, the laundry won't dry incredibly well and can take much longer.

Try adjusting the time as desired by pressing the Time Adjustment buttons (More Time, Less Time). [Press the Add Time button to set the time to (3:00) 180 minutes.]

Then start the product by pressing the Start button.

Drying time: 200 minutes for shoes/ 180 minutes for knitwear (after spin dying in a washing machine.)

※ The Rack Drying course may be used for the purpose of drying shoes that have gotten partially wet by rain or snow or for the purpose of shortening the natural drying time after washing the shoes.
If you dry shoes for a long time, the shoes get deformed.

Also, make sure that the articles to dry don’t fall off the rack while the drum rotates.
If they fall off, the filter or rack that is attached may be damaged.

If the rack is securely assembled inside the product, it can be used during general courses as well.
However, since the temperature is higher in a General course compared to the Rack Drying course, keep that in mind when you are using it.
