My refrigerator door opens too easily
Explanation
There are times when it feels as though the doors 'fly' open, however this doesn’t mean that your refrigerator is defective.
For the doors to open and close firmly, please ensure the height of refrigerator is adjusted by tightening the screws at the bottom at the time of installation.
Please also note that when there are a lot of items in the refrigerator basket, the doors get heavier and it makes the door 'fly' open.
However, please rest assured that even though they are open wide, there is an anchor that fixes the door so it is safe to use.
