Reasons why Smart Audio (Music Flow) may become ungrouped
Possible reasons
1. Alarm ringing - It is set to be ungrouped automatically if the alarm rings, for your convenience.
2. Power OFF/ON - If you turn off the power while it is grouped, the connected speaker will disappear and the group will be ungrouped. Turn it on again and regroup it.
3. Unstable wireless network - Wireless network becomes unstable if interfered by signals around and it may become ungrouped. Move the speaker close to the router.
