What People Are Saying

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great picture once it is optimised. Wifi not good This set has really good features and the magic remote is very easy to use. The optimisation made a real difference once we found out about it. The picture is now stunning but untested as far as 4k is concerned. I expect it to be amazing. One major downside is getting it to connect to the wireless network. When disconnected, a lot of the features are rendered useless. Even with the router sitting next to the set, it has bother connecting. The user manual is installed on the set. Would have saved me hours if I had known.Love the frame - or lack of it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great TV, loads of functions but can be slow This really is a good quality TV with lots of features, in fact I think too many. I find the menu very slow and clunky and you think you have not pressed a button so you press it again - the TV catches up and then it does both presses. Also, I find the remote signal quite tricky as it seems it only gets the signal at the bottom. Overall though a great TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is exceptional value I have had the TV for two weeks and it took a bit of getting used to, but this is true of all electronic products. I can now move around all the wonderfull functions that this TV has. Web browsing 3d catch up tv and many more. I watch a lot of You Tube and with a 55 inch screen it is great. Picture quality is very good, and the sound is pretty good too. All in all a good product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 4K not as exciting as it should be The problem with this TV is that it is 4K, don't get me wrong I am a huge fan of 4K but with no 4K content to view my 3 year old Philips TV produces a better HD picture than this TV. The colours are mute and washed out and it takes a lot of tweaking to get something to look nice but the 4K up-scaling can't fill all those pixels, it creates excessive noise and artifacts on the picture. I was horrified when I first switched it on - after a lot of tweaking and settings adjustments it is much better but nothing special. I like the WebOS and magic eye remote, it is nice to use and different, passive 3D is good, the overall design is nice too but my true critique on any TV is the picture quality across all sources, it may be stunning on 4K I don't know there's nothing to watch, but on normal HD or SD you're better off spending £1000 less and getting a better picture. This to me is a TV of many, many features, most of which I won't use (too much Smart nonsense that a slow broadband will not support) but fails in the one area it should excel and that is picture quality from "normal" TV sources.
