Rated 2 out of 5 by from Broke less than a month! This is the second LG Bluetooth headset I have bought, and it is the second set to break in the same place. I really liked the pruduct so i electrial taped the first one and kept using it until even that was not enought to hold it together. I bought the second set on 8/18/2018 and on 9/5/2018, not even three weeks later it broke in the back neck side along the connection to the neck peice. I would be fine if they offered to replace it, but it is not covered by the warranty. This is not exceptable, with this being the second headset to break in the same spot i see this as a design or material flaw. See pictures for evedence.

I have owned several of these, they fit and wear exceptional, if there's some way to remedy the problem of the connections coming lose from the ear buds you would truly have a great product. I don't know what's going on right now but the selection of LG products at many different locations are very slim these days

There are noises callers can here that seem to be generated from the device as I cannot here them nor does it happen when I use other devices. The overall construction quality is poor and less than a year after purchase they are no longer functional. I DO NOT recommend anyone purchase this product. This is the second pair that have gone bad.

how do you know when it's charged?

The indicator light on the LG TONE PLATINUM® Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS1100 has different colors that show the Battery Status. When it is red, it indicates that it is charging. When the light turns purple, it indicates that the battery is 80% charged and when it turns blue, it indicates that the battery is fully charged...^IFV
