Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hype Bought these at a Verizon store in summer of 2018, worked nicely with the exception of one or the earbuds not retracting all the way from day 1. About 3 months ago or so (8/2019) approximately after a year of having them it starts to randomly shut off and on. So annoying I can't even use them anymore. $200 down the drain, thought I'd have them longer and get lots of use.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bitter sweet Purchased mine about a year ago, six months in the button that advances music stopped working. I lived with that because I like the sound coming out of headset. Two weeks ago, I went kayaking and was capsized with headset on, had to swim 30 yards to shore while holding on to my kayak to keep it from sinking. I didnt realize I still had my heaset on until I got home 45 mins later; low and behold the the music advance button was working again, but the sound is now muffled in one ear. My fault, my bad, my loss and yet, my gain. Who knew they were kinda waterproof?!

I am looking for headphones that can connect to my laptop and cell phone at the same time. I use skype for business on my computer and need to connect to computer as well as cell phone at same time. Can these headphones do this?

how do you know when it's charged?

The indicator light on the LG TONE PLATINUM® Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS1100 has different colors that show the Battery Status. When it is red, it indicates that it is charging. When the light turns purple, it indicates that the battery is 80% charged and when it turns blue, it indicates that the battery is fully charged...^IFV

How to restore sound to the left channel? The Platinum suddenly stopped playing sound in the left ear. I deleted and reinstalled it in the Bluetooth app which didn’t help. Thanks.
