Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy I'm on my 2nd headset the 1st lasted 2 days. This 1 I've had for about 2 years. At least the last year, multiple times a day it turns off on it's own then back on. Constantly says out of range when my phone is on my person. Has been happening more frequently recently. Called LG support who offered for me to pay to send it in for service which was very helpful. Not much chance I will own another.

how do you know when it's charged?

The indicator light on the LG TONE PLATINUM® Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS1100 has different colors that show the Battery Status. When it is red, it indicates that it is charging. When the light turns purple, it indicates that the battery is 80% charged and when it turns blue, it indicates that the battery is fully charged...^IFV
