The only issue is that right side ear bud is not working now. The noise cancellation feature is the best and I am unable to find a new one to purchase. I wish to know from LG what is the new product that replaces this HBS-1100 with same features.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Incredible sound but not durable Great sound and very clear voice. I only use this for mobility around office when on conference calls. Definitely not heavy use. After 14 months, the small center screen protecting the speaker fell out in my ear. It stayed on the outer ear so there was no damage.Phew!. It was out of warranty and it kept working so I kept using it. Today my left side quit working in the middle of a call. I can wiggle cord and get static but no sound. reboot, re-pair. Nothing.. It is about 2 years old... While the sound was great, I simply expect a longer life span. I could accept a shorter charge time, but to fail simply ins't acceptable at this price point.

I am looking for headphones that can connect to my laptop and cell phone at the same time. I use skype for business on my computer and need to connect to computer as well as cell phone at same time. Can these headphones do this?

how do you know when it's charged?

The indicator light on the LG TONE PLATINUM® Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS1100 has different colors that show the Battery Status. When it is red, it indicates that it is charging. When the light turns purple, it indicates that the battery is 80% charged and when it turns blue, it indicates that the battery is fully charged...^IFV

How to restore sound to the left channel? The Platinum suddenly stopped playing sound in the left ear. I deleted and reinstalled it in the Bluetooth app which didn’t help. Thanks.
