The platinum used to be a durable combination of plastic and metal. Now. They are cheaply made of plastic. They removed the retraction button. When they went from black to platinum they removed music mode selection. Now, they have gone all the way to the bottom. Very poor quality music playback and product construction. There aren't any functions at all. They are good for a phone call until you encounter background noise. They transmit every single sound. You disrespect your customer base with products like this. You have permanently lost me as a customer. I gave you a second chance after that terrible V10. No more chances for LG.

What are the LG headphones that the earbuds come out of the headset

Hello can someone explain to me why all of a sudden one side of my ear buds no sound is coming out, this is the second LG ear piece I bought in 18 months and it is the same thing. Can it be fixed. Never buying a LG ear piece ever again.

Have you removed the gel eartips and checked for earwax buildup that could be blocking the sound? I've had that problem. I use a soft bristle toothbrush and GENTLY brush the gunk out, taking great care to not let the bristles penetrate too deeply into the earbud. Check the tips for cleanliness too.

Does this headset have noise cancellation (NC). Owned the previous platinum series which had NC. There's no mention of NC in documentation provided here. Please advise? Advance thanks.

What a way to deflect. The answer is a simple no. There doesn't seem to be a single model of neckband-style headset on the market with active noise cancellation.

Why are so many of these breaking at the joint in the back where the plastic meets the rubber? Why does LG refuse to fix this design problem? Why does ATT support a sorry vendor like LG when they clearly do not support warranty claims?

When these are connected to my phone they do not have the same ring tone as my phone. How can I get that option on this headset I have HSB 1120 model
