Why are so many of these breaking at the joint in the back where the plastic meets the rubber? Why does LG refuse to fix this design problem? Why does ATT support a sorry vendor like LG when they clearly do not support warranty claims?

When these are connected to my phone they do not have the same ring tone as my phone. How can I get that option on this headset I have HSB 1120 model

Hello, we have tested this feature and it matches with the LG, Samsung, Pixel, and iPhone, however, it did not with the Android One OS. ^AC

Hello can someone explain to me why all of a sudden one side of my ear buds no sound is coming out, this is the second LG ear piece I bought in 18 months and it is the same thing. Can it be fixed. Never buying a LG ear piece ever again.

Can you help me with product model numbers. I can't tell the difference between the HBS-1120 and the HBS-1125? Also, I can only seem to find the HBS-1100 in stores, what is the difference between the 3?
