It will break connection every now and then. I had to reset to hear the voice again. Thinking it may be isolated case, I went to store for replacement but I had to return the defective because store(BJ) did not have any more unit in stock.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 2nd pair also faulty Speaker after 5 months this is my 2nd pair as first pair was returned for warranty repair. its been about 5-6 months and now i am going to have to return this pair too, dont know if it was same pair just repaired or new pair, but this one had bad speaker that died after 5-6 months,, ill give it one more chance but if same problem occurs again im filing for a full refund of my purchase price

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tired of replacing We have had 3 different styles of LG Bluetooth headphones in the last few years. Bought 2 pairs just over a year ago, one for me and one for my husband. My husbands pair quit working after just a few months. So he bought a different brand as a replacement. A few months ago my volume/song switch buttons stopped working. I continued to use them since I can manage with that. Now, today, they don’t turn on at all after being fully charged. Extremely tired of having to replace thes headphones every year. It gets pricey, especially for something that’s supposed to last awhile. I will not be reccomending these to anyone.

What upsets me off is the company are always trying to give consumers a hard time in returning the item. Not only that I paid more than what's it's worth.

My last pair of LGs were amazing but the left side one wire died and only heard music out of right side.

I just purchase this bluetooth. Still learning but my left bud sound great my right much fainter. Does not respond to + - sound on right
